Ooooh does WeeBox has a sweet treat for you! The Isle of Skye Fudge Company has created this traditional Scottish tablet straight from their kitchen on the west coast of Skye! Heaven! For most Scots, tablet is our favourite sweet, and dates back to the early 1700s. This long history was first noted in The Household Book of Lady Grisell Baillie and today is our traditional after dinner sweet and features in many Scottish weddings or function as the finale to a special meal.
